Abstract

Maria Claret Septriani, Correlation between Reward with Performance on employee Wisma Gading Permai Kelapa Gading Jakarta North , Thesis. Jakarta: Commerce Education Study Program, Economic and Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. This study aims to determine the corelation between reward with Performance on employee of Wisma Gading Permai Kelapa Gading Jakarta North. This research was conducted for there months starting from April until June 2012. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population is employee of Wisma Gading Permai. The sampling technique is Sampel Random Sampling with 40 respondents. The instruments used to obtain data on variable X (Reward) was meansured using a Likert Scale. For variable Y (Performance) use sekunder data from Wisma Gaading Permai Jakarta North. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Ŷ = 512,03+0,385X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with Lobtained Liliefors testcount (0,1073) < Ltable (0,140), this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Regressions that produce linierity test Fcount (0,38) < Ftable (2,23) which indicates that the model uses linier regression. Test of significance Fcount (12,68) >Ftabel (4,08) which states that the regression is very significant. Correlation coefficent hypothesis tests conducted using the formula rxy Product Moment by Pearson yeild of (0,500); this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of signifficance with tcount (3,36) < ttable (1,68) from the above study, the reseacher can conclude that there is a signifficant relationship between the reward (award) with Performance on employee of Wisma Gading Permai Jakarta North. Test determination coefficient KD of 25% vield. So it is concluded that there are positive and signifficant relationship between the Reward with Performance.
