Abstract

HERIAWAN. THE RELATIONS BETWEEN AFFECTIVE WELL-BEING WITH TURNOVER INTENTION ON THE EMPLOYEE OF SOHO INDUSTRY PHARMACY COMPANY IN PULOGADUNG, JAKARTA. Study Program of Commerce Education, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Juli 2013. This study aims to determine whether there is the Relations Between Affective Well-Being with Turnover Intention on The Employee of SOHO Industry Pharmacy in Pulogadung, Jakarta. The research was conducted during the four months from March 2013 until June 2013. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. Sampling technique in this study is simple random technique. In this study hypothesized a positive relationship between achievement motivation to the learning outcomes of students carrying out administrative processes transactions, the higher the achievement motivation of students is increasing as well the learning outcomes of students carrying out the administrative process transactions. The hypothesis is tested using the test product moment correlation analysis of Karl Pearson and t-test to determine the significance of the correlation between the two variables, and the coefficient of determination to determine the contribution of variable X to variable Y. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 251,22 – 0,8X. Lilliefors normality test results produced while Lhitung = 0.08258 for n = 44 Ltabel at significance level of 0.05 is 0.133. Because Lhitung < Ltabel the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Linearity regression test produces Fhitung (10,27) > Ftabel (4,13) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces Fhitung (-4,348) < Ftabel (1,69) which means that the regression equation not significantly. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rhitung = -0,557 is then performed to test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding thitung (4,348) > ttabel (1,69). Results of these studies concluded that there is a negative relationship between employee happiness (affective well-being) with desire to move (turnover intention). With a coefficient of determination or determining test results obtained 31.05% turnover intention (Y) is determined by affective well-being (X).
