Abstract
ABSTRACT REZA EKA PUTERA. 2018. 8323155420. Analisis Dampak Kepuasan Gaji dan Profesionalisme Auditor Terhadap Kinerja Auditor. Program Studi DIII Akuntansi. Jurusan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta.. This scientific work aims to know about the Impact Satisfaction Salary and Auditor Professionalism To Auditor Performance. The method used in this research is descriptive statistic by doing some test such as instrument test, classic asumsu test, regression, and partial test. Methods of data collection in this study is to use literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires and interview. From the results of writing can be seen that in improving the performance of auditors. The auditor must have an attitude of professionalism. If an auditor has a good level of professionalism then the performance of auditors will be better, while the satisfaction of salaries in the sense by the auditor does not have a positive impact. The performance of the auditor will remain favorable even if the auditor does not get the satisfaction level of the salary received. Keywords: Pay Satisfaction, Professionalism, Performance
