Abstract

ABSTRACT SRI HARYANTI. 8105141496. The Relationship between Motivation Learning And Self Regulated Learning With Learning Outcomes of Class X Students In Subject Digital Simulation in SMK Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta. This study aims to determine relationship between Motivation Learning and Self Regulated Learning with Learning Outcomes of Class X Students in Subject Digital Simulation in SMK Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months starting from Februari untul May 2018. The research used survey method. The population in this study is all of class X students SMK Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta. Technic of sampling using proporsional random sampling with 119 responden. Y variable (Learning Outcomes), is a secondary data obtained from the value 4 and 5 of a class X student learning outcomesDigital Simulation. While the data variable Motivation Learning (X1), questionnaire using likert scale. And the dat variable Self Regulated Learning (X2) uses the primary data using the International Scale of Likert Scale Standard. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 24.0. From the result of F test, found that F count (19,389) > F table (3,07),in this case X1 and X2 variables simulatiouslyhas relationship with Y variable. T test produce X1 t count (3,540) > t table (1,980),it means there is positive and significant relationship between X1 with Y. X2 t count (2,024) > t table (1,980),it means there is positive and significant relationship between X2 with Y. Based the analysis of multiple regression equation obtained equation Ŷ = 1,266 + 0,347 X1 + 0,216 X2. The value of coefficient correlation (R) is 0,0501 which is categorized as a medium relationship. Based of determination coefficient (R²) test obtained value 50,1% which mean Motivation Learning (X1) and Self Regulated learning (X2) have an effect on Learning outcomes (Y) equal to 50,1% and the rest 49,9% influence by other variabeles that are not researched.
