Abstract

RIZKY AMALIAH. 2015. 8143154576. Analisis Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia Profesi Sekretaris Pada Sekretariat Wakil Presiden RI. Program D3 Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to find out the proces of the recruitment, selection, and placement of secretary in the Secretariat of the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia. Research method that used is descriptive analysis by using data collection method through observation, interview, and literature study. From the results of the writing can be known Secretariat Vice President of RI experienced constraints on human resources for secretarial positions. This is because the process of recruitment, selection, and placement that is less mature. To deal with the problem of procurement of human resources secretary profession can be done by planning process which include recruitment process, selection, and placement of candidate labor.
