Abstract

NENG VISA NURHAYATI. 8105141465. Effect Of Work Motivation And Work Environment To Performance On Employee CV. Karya Bersama Cibitung. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education. Concentration in Office Administration. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is any effect of internal work motivation and work environment to performance on employee CV. Karya Bersama Cibitung. This research was conducted for four months from March 2018 to June 2018. The method used is survey method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Karya Bersama Cibitung amounting to 341 employees. Population affordable as many as 137 employees. The samples used were 100 employees based table Issac and Michael with an error level of 5%. Sampling technique to do this using proporsional random sampling technique. Analyze data technique is using SPSS program, the regression equation that it get is Y = 45,163 + 0,287X1 + 0,177X2. Hypothesis test that is F test in Anova table yield Fhitung 32,320 > Ftabel 3,09, it means H0 rejected, so it can be concluded that internal work motivation and work environment simultaneously have an effect on performance. Then for the thitung from internal work motivation of 5,915 > ttabel 1,984. So H0 rejected, the conclusion that internal work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Besides, it can be seen that thitung from work environment equal to 3,499 > ttabel 1,984. So H0 rejected, the conclution that work environment has a significant positive effect on performance. Then the determination coefficient test obtained results 40%. The conclusion of this research is there is positive and significant effect between internal work motivation and work environment to performance. Besides, simultaneously internal work motivation and work environment have an effect on to performance CV. Karya Bersama Cibitung. Kata Kunci: Internal Work Motivation, Work Environment, Performance
