Abstract

SELVI NURKHASANAH. The Influence Of Independent Learning And Interest Learning Towards Learning Achievement Of XI Students In Gita Kirtti 2 Vocational High School Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Departement, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta,July 2018. The study aims to determine wheither there is the influence of independent learning and interest learning towards learning achievement of XI students in Gita Kirtti 2 Vocational High School Jakarta. The research was conducted over six month from February to July 2018. The research method used survey method with the correlation. The research population was all XI students of Smk Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta as much 143. The saple used as any as 100 students by using proportional random sampling. Data Variable Y (learning achievement)is a secondary data obtained from the value Raport of a class XI students learning Achivement. While the data variable X1 (Independent learning) and the data variable X2 (interest learning) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 24.0. From the result of F test, Found that Fcont ( 12,304)> Ftable ( 3,09 ). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is ( 2,582) > ttable( 1,982) and X2 (Interest learning) tcount (3,279 ) > ttable ( 1,984 ). Because tcount > ttable, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the independent learning and interest learning toward learning achievement. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,202 or 20,2 % variable Y determined by X1 and X2 based on the result of regretation model, regression equation obtained is Ỷ = 57,346 + 0,114 X1+ 0,161 X2. Beside that,the result of R2 eqqual to 0,202 wich means that independent learning and interest learning can explained learning outcomes equal to 20,2 % and 79,8 % explained with another variable.
