Abstract

Hermin Mayang Ragilia Putri. The Influence Of Parents’ Status Economic Social And Peers Environtment On Interest To Continue Study To Collage Students Class Xi Accounting In Smkn 22 Jakarta. Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2018 This research aims to know the influence of socio-economic status of parents and Peer Environment against the interest in continuing education to College Students of Class XI the Program Accounting Expertise SMK N 22. Research using the survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaire, and recording documents thecniques. The population of this research is the whole affordable grade XI program Accounting expertise SMK N 22 Jakarta as much as 71 students, whereas the total sample of 60 students is selected at random. The test includes analysis prerequisite test normality and linearity. A classic assumption test using the test of multikolinieritas and heterokedastisitas. Data analysis technique used is regression analysis of the correlation coefficient and analysis of double-doubles. The results of this research are (1) the socioeconomic Status of parents a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education to Colleges, indicated by the value t calculate is greater than t table i.e. 4.468 > 1.67, correlation coefficients (r) of 0.509 which means the closeness of relationships between variables, coefficients of determination of 0.259 meaning of 25.9% these variables affect the interest of continuing education to College, (2) Peer Environment positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education to colleges, indicated by the value t calculate is greater than t table i.e. 2.59 > 1.67, coefficient of correlation (r) of 0.324 meaning the proximity of the relationship between variables is quite low, the coefficient of determination of 0.105 meaning of 10.5% in these variables affect the interest of continuing education to College, (3) socio-economic status of parents and Peer Environment together positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education to Colleges, indicated by the value of count is greater than F F table of 13.095 > 1.538647, the coefficient correlation (R) of 0.561 which means the closeness relationships between variables, coefficients of determination of 0.315 meaning of 31.5% of both these variables simultaneously affecting the interest of continuing education to College. Socio-economic status of parents and peer environment positive and significant effect on interest in continuing education to colleges.
