Abstract
AGUSTINA NATALIA SIAHAAN. 2018. 8323154637. Analisis Reformasi Administrasi Perpajakan Guna Meningkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan Perpajakan Di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu. Program Studi D3 Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to determine the impact of the role of administrative reform of the taxation of organizational culture on service performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu South Jakarta. This research uses qualitative approach method. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and data analysis techniques with case study analysis. The results obtained from the research show that the role of administrative reform that is organizational culture tend to be negative to the performance of tax services in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu. Suggestion that can be given is in tend to negatively organizational culture to service performance of taxation, hence strategy need to be changed again. Maybe in the reward and punishment strategy. The KPP should also see that in the performance of teamwork it is important, because in the tax activities of most teamwork. For weaknesses in the implementation of tax administration reform at KPP, it should be corrected again, so that tax administration reform can be more effective and efficient from time to time.
