Abstract
Muhammad Zusron Alfauzi. The Influence of Competencies and Motivation to Auditor Performance with Taks Complexity as Moderating Variable Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this research is to analyze The Influence of Competencies and Motivation to Auditor Performance with Task Complexity as Moderating Variable The factors tested in this study were Task Complexity as moderating variables, Competence and Motivation as independent variables,while Audit Performance as dependent variable . This research uses primary data with sample auditors who work in public accounting firms in East Jakarta. While the sampling of 83 auditors. This research uses multiple regression method and moderated regression method to test the hypothesis at 5% significant. From the analysis performed in this research ,it can be conclude that that Competence and Motivation have a significant effect on auditor performance, task complexity does not moderate the relationship between the influence of competence on auditor performance and task complexity to moderate the relationship between the influence of motivation on auditor performance.
