Abstract
The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of work-family conflict, work stress, and job satisfaction at PT HF, 2) To test and analyze an influence of work-family conflict on employee’s job satisfaction at PT HF, 3) To test and analyze an influence of job stress on employee’s job satisfaction at PT HF. This study used Partial Least Square method to analyze the data. The research model using descriptive and explanatory analysis.This research conducted on Sewing section of PT HF with sample of 136 employee’s and used purposive sampling technique. Research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SmartPLS version 3.2.7. The results shows a significant influence of work-family conflict and job stress on job satisfaction.
