Abstract

Internship Report at After Sales Service & Training Department in PT. Ziegler Indonesia, Delta Silicon Industrial Park Jl. M. H. Thamrin Blok A10 No. 2, Sukaresmi, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, 13 Agustus – 12 Oktober 2018. S1 Management Program Department of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of Internship Report for apprentice is to add experience and prepare themselves to face competition in the world of work later and to get insights that were not obtained in the lecturer bench, so that apprentice would be able to gain insight, knowledge, and experience of all activities carried out during the implementation Internship activities, so that apprentice can improve the abilities and skills in the world of work in accordance with their fields. During internship activities, apprentice is placed in the After Sales Service & Training Department. Daily activities carried out by internee are making price quotes for customers, handling Inquiry Spare Parts, monitoring NSPK 2018.
