Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, ROA, Debt Ratio and Current Ratio to the Financial Distress on banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2017. Independent Variable of these study are CAR, NPL, ROA, Debt Ratio and Current Ratio. While dependent variable is Financial Distress which is a dummy variable with the category of problematic companies and companies are not problematic. The criteria of Financial Distress used in this study are companies that have an Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) of less than 1. The data used in this study is annual report of Banking Companies listed in BEI period 2013-2017. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis (logit). The results show that CAR, Debt Ratio and Current Ratio have no effect on Financial Distress. While NPL and ROA has a significant negative effect on Financial Distress.
