Abstract

LIA INDAH PRAMESTI, The Impact of Organizational Culture and The Work Environment on Employees Performance Badan Kepegawaian Negara in Jakarta This research was conducted in The Staff in Badan Kepegawaian Negara, for 6 months, starting from January to June 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the Impact of Organizational Culture and The Work Environment on Employees Performance Badan Kepegawaian Negara in Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with the regresi linear berganda and correlation approach, population used are all staff in The Badan Kepegawain Negara of Jakarta. The sampling technique used technique of purposive sampling as many as 110 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 45,289 + 0,219 X1 + 0,228 X2. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X1 with Kolmogorov-Smimov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 estimates significance of 0,228. Because the significance level is> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used. Testing linearity of regression Y on X1 and Y on X2 yields a significance value on Linearity, that is 0,000 <0.05, so it is concluded that it has a linear relationship. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression Y on X1 and X2 produces Fcount > Ftable which, 14,323 > 3,079, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 2,952 and ttable = 1,65922 and performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 3,454 and ttable = 1,65922. The value of impact coefficient between variable of organizational culture (X1) to employees performance (Y) equal to 0,351 and value of impact coefficient between variable of work environment (X2) to employees performance (Y) equal to 0,383. This, there is a positive and significant impact of organizational culture and employees performance and there is a positive and significant impact of work environment and employees performance. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 and X2 obtained by 0,211 indicating that 21,1% variable employees performance is determined by the organizational culture and work environment. Meanwhile, the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors. Key word: The Employees Performance, Organizational Culture, Work Environment.
