Abstract

Sari Putri Yani. The Influence Of Learning Style And Learning Motivation Toward Learning Achievement Of Greade XI Akuntansi In SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019 This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles and learning motivation on learning achievement in grade XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses the technique of recording documents and questionnaires. The affordable population in this study was grade XI Accounting in SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta, totaling 108 students with a sample of 84 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that there is a partial influence between learning styles and learning motivation with learning achievement. It can be seen from the results of the analysis which shows that the tcount of 16,563 is greater than the ttable of 1,989, the partial learning style also has an influence on learning achievement. partially there is also an influence on learning achievement, this is seen from the results of data analysis which shows the value of t count 2,035 ttable 1,989. Simultaneously there is the influence of learning styles and learning motivation on learning achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows a count of 41,223 greater than the calculation of 3,11. There is a positive and significant influence between learning styles and learning motivation on learning achievement with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0,504 so the research hypothesis is accepted, then it is known that determination (R2) is 50,4%.
