Abstract

Ismiani Puspita Sari, 2019: FACTORS AFFECTING INTERESTS IN SUBJECT OF MUSIC STREAMING APPLICATIONS. Jakarta: Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This thesis aims: 1) to find out which attitude has a significant effect on willingness to pay, 2) to find out which attitude has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) to find out the perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 4) to find out brand experience has a significant effect on willingness to pay, 5) to find out customer satisfaction has a significant effect on willingness to pay. Methods of data collection using primary data that is questionnaire. The number of samples in this study are 200 respondents. Data analysis in this study using software SPSS version 24, and SEM analysis method using AMOS version 22. The result show that all hypothesis in this study accepted with t-value ≥ 1.967.
