Analysis of Financial Performance of Companies Based on Liquidity Ratio At The Beginning Of Pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19 Case Study on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. DIII Accounting Study Program. Accounting major. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to determine the ability of property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the IDX for the first quarter of 2020 in paying off short term liabilities using current assets held. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis through literature study and documentation study. The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling seventy companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were five companies that met the specified characteristics.
