Shafwatun Nada. 8105161207. The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Innovation in Vocational High School Teachers with the Entrepreneurial Leadership of the Principal as a Moderating Variable. Thesis. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program. Office Administration Education Concentration. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University. July. 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher innovation in vocational high schools with the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in the North Jakarta area with a period of 5 months from April to July 2020. The research method used was the survey method correlational approach. The population in this study were vocational school teachers in North Jakarta consisting of 267 teachers and a sample of 149 respondents, using proportional random sampling techniques. Self efficacy variable variables (X), Innovation (Y) and Entrepreneurship Leadership (Z) use primary data. Technical analysis of data using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that entrepreneurial leadership variables moderated the effect of self-efficacy on innovation. In the Path Coefficient calculation results, the value of the self-efficacy sample with innovation was 0.321 and the T-Statistics value was 5.621> 1.97 and P Value 0.000 <0.05. This shows that self-efficacy has an influence on innovation. Furthermore, the sample value of the moderation effect on innovation is 0.132 and the T-Statistics value is 2.215> 1.97 and the P Value is 0.027 <0.05. This shows a positive direction if you look at the value of the sample so that the entrepreneurial leadership variable as a moderating variable can strengthen the effect of self-efficacy on innovation.
