Abstract
ERMA NURUL HIKMAH , The Correlation Between Location With Customer Satisfaction Kentucky Fried Chiken (KFC) Arion Mall, East Jakarta, In The Study Program Of Commerce Education Student In State University Of Jakarta. This research was conducted in The Study Program Of Commerce Education Student In State University Of Jakarta.. The purpose of this study is to determine correlation between location with customer satisfaction Kentucky Fried Chiken (KFC) Arion Mall, , East Jakarta, In The Study Program Of Commerce Education Student In State University Of Jakarta. This resaerch since October 2015 until Mei 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, population used are all student In The Study Program Of Commerce Education Student In State University Of Jakarta. The sampling technique used technique of Purposive sampling as many as 58 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 50,42 + 0,50X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with test Liliefors produce Lcount = 0,0812, while Ltable for n = 58 at 0,05 significant level is 0,1163. Because Lcount < Ltable the estimated error of Y over X normally distribution. Testing Linearity of regression produces Fcount <Ftable is 1,30 < 1,92 so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which, 59,51 > 4,02, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product moment generating rxy = 0,1715, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 7.650 and ttable = 1,67 .It can conclude that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,1715 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtain for is 51,50% which show that 51,50% of the variant of Customer Satisfaction is determined by location.
