Abstract

Misla Oktaviana, 8135164508, The Effect of Food Quality and Price Fairness on Customer Satisfaction of Restaurant Cepat Saji. Thesis, Jakarta, 2020. This study aims to determine the relationship between Food Quality and Price Fairness on Customer Satisfaction at the Es Teler 77 restaurant. This research was conducted for 7 months from February to August 2020. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach, the population used was are all visitors to the Es Teler 77 restaurant who have visited and consumed food at the restaurant. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of 150 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 6.322 + 0.301 X1 + 0.333 X2. The analysis requirements test is the normality test with the KolmogorovSmirnov test with a significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and produces a significant level of Y with a value of 0.200, X1 with a value of 0.200 and X2 with a value of 0.200. Because the level of significance of the three variables is> 0.05, it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The regression linearity test of Y on X1 and Y on X2 resulted in a significance value on Linearity, namely 0.000 <0.05, so it was concluded that it had a linear relationship. Furthermore, the t test was carried out and the resulting Y on X1 tcount = 4.029 and ttable = 1.65529, Y on X2 tcount = 4.468 and ttable = 1.65529. The correlation coefficient value between the food quality variable (X1) is 0.404, the correlation coefficient value between the price fairness variable (X2) is 0.426. So, the two independent variables have a positive and significant correlation to the customer satisfaction variable. The coefficient of Y determination on X1 and X2 obtained is 0.263 which indicates that 26.3% of the customer satisfaction variable is determined by food quality and price fairness. Meanwhile, the remaining 73.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Food Quality, Price Fairness
