Abstract

ABSTRACT DEVITHA AMANDA ALFATIA. 8105123243. The Differences Between Employee Job Satisfaction Getting The Job Enrichment with Not Getting The Job Enrichment at PPVR Division Maybank Indonesia . Script, Jakarta: Education Program seems the economic, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research aim to get the correct fact or data and realible to know wether there are satisfaction difference work the employees between getting work enrichment (job enrichment) with not getting the job enrichment at PPVR Division Maybank Indonesia. Research excuted at Maybank Indonesia during three months that is March until May 2016. Research method in used is population is all employees PPVR Divison to 59 employees consisted of 32 employees getting job enrichment and 27 employes which do not get the job enrichment, by using sensus technic. In normality test by using liliefors formula, got biggest value Lcount = 0,115, L for n=32 with the level signifikan 0,05 is 0,157. Lcount < L , for the group of X1. While in calculation test the normality with the test liliefors, got biggest value Ltable = 0,107, Ltable for the n = 27 with the level signifikan 0,05 is 0.171. L , for the group X2. Inferential thereby second data of variable have normal distribution. In homogeneity test with the formula F obtained Fcount count = 1,56 and F =1,90, so that 1,56 < 1,90 (Fcount < F). Inferential thereby that variansi of group of I and group II is homogeneous. Next step is hypothesis test. The hypothesis test done with the test of difference of mean or uji-t. pursuant to calculation result by uji-t obtained ttable = 5,781. Later then the price compared by level signifikan ½ a = 0,025 and degree of freedom (dk) = 57 is 2,00.bt comparing tcount by ttable count = 2,00 pursuant to criterion of decision making which have been compiled that if tcount > t table < Ltable table count table (0,05;31;26) , minferentian hence H refued that mean research hypothesis accepted. Pursuantto inferential above mentioned research result hence that there are satisfaction difference work the employees between getting job enrichment with do not get the job enrichment at Maybank Indonesia.
