Abstract

ABSTRACT NIKEN MUTIA ANGGRAENI. 8105108102. The Influence of Emotional Qoutiont and Achievement Motivation to Student’s Achievement at Vocational High School Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. June 2016 This research purpose is to find out the influence of emotional intellegence and achievement motivation to student’s achievement at Vocational High School Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months from March to June 2016. This type of research is survey, with correlational approach. Total population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 100 students of XI office administration class in Vocational High School Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta using proporsional random sampling Data variable Y (Student’s Achievement) are secondary data obtained from score of raport data in Juni 2016. While the variable data X1 (Emotional qoutiont) is secondary data obtained from questionnaire of Hamzah B. Uno. as well as variable data X2 (Achievement Motivation) the instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between emotional intelligence toward learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 6,996 ttable greater than 2,010. Meanwhile, the partial use of achievement motivation are affected by learning outcome, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 5,633 t table greater than 2,010. Simultaneously there is influence of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation to student’s achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F count value of 61,150 is greater than the value of 3.19 F table . There was a significant positive influence of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation to student’s achievement at the Vocational High School Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta for determination coefisien for (R)2 was 55,7%.
