Abstract

ABSTRACT DIAN NOVITA SARI. The Influence of Job Satisfaction amd Motivation to Performance of Employees at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, July 2011. This research conducted to determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction amd Motivation to Performance of Employees at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).This research used survey methods with the correlational approach and secondary data (performance) and primary data (job satisfaction and motivation). The sampling technique that used in this research is proportional random sampling technique with 114 respondents as sample. Data account which used is SPSS 17.0. From the results of F test, found that job satisfaction and motivation simultaneously influence to performance seen from F count (60,332) > F (3,078). Then partially, job satisfaction has t count (8,428)> t (2,27). That means that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to performance. Motivation has t (4,670) > t tabel tabel (2,27). It means that motivation has significant positive effect to performance. Beside that, the result of R 2 equal to 0,521 that means job satisfaction and motivation explained performance equal to 52% and 48% explained with another variable that not include to this research.
