Abstract

ABSTRACT SUCI UTAMI The relationship between Learning Facilities with Motivation Learning on Students of Vocational High School 40 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration Educational Administration, Department of Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, State University of Jakarta, May 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning facilities with learning motivation ton students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months starting in March 2016 until May 2016. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study all of students X class which amounts to 95 students. According to the table and sample population with a level of misunderstanding 5% then obtained a sample of 95 student. X variable data on facilities learning is the primary data in the form of questionnaires and Y variables on learning motivation is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 13,82 + 0,768 X. Normality test results Liliefors produce and L count = 0.081, L table = 0.091 at the significance level (a) = 0,05 to the number of samples (n) 95. Because L count = (0.081) < L table = (0.091) then the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression yield of F (57,06) > Ftable (3.96), which means a significant regression equation. Produce regression linearity test of F (0,94) <F table (1.67) so Fhitung < Ftabel it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient = 0,617 produce r count . T-test produces t count (7,55) > t table (1.66). Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient r xy = 0.617 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 38,02% indicates that 38,02% motivation learning variable determined by the facilities learningg and the remaining 61,98% influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between facilities learning with learning motivation on students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta.
