Abstract
ABSTRACT REZKY WIBISONO. The Correlations Between Work Motivation with Organizational commitment at PT. MNC Sky Vision, Jakarta. Script, Jakarta : Study Program of Office Administration Education. Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2016 The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between work motivation with organizational commitment at PT. MNC Sky Vision, Jakarta. This research have been done for 3 month since April until June 2016. Research method using survey method with correlation approach, while the data was got from instrument to employee at MNC Sky Vision. The populations research was all of employees with total 220 employees, with 135 employees for sampling. Collecting X variable data (work motivation), using instrument likert scale, after that for Y variable data (organizational commitment) also using instrument likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y= 30,89 + 0,626X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,063 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,076, so Lcount < L table . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (58,35) > F table (3,96). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,86) < F table (1,51), showing that regression is linear. The result of Product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,552 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = 7,64 while t table = 1,67 and so, tcount > t table . It means that there are significance and positive relations between work motivation with organizational commitment. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 30,49%, mean that organizational commitment variable determinate by 30,49% work motivation variable. The conclusion shown that research have positive relations between work motivation with organizational commitment at PT. MNC Sky Vision, Jakarta.
