Abstract

ABSTRACT FAUSAN NINGSIH. 8115082599. Differentiate Job Morale Employee’s Between Which Have Got With Who Have Not Got Job Promotion at PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri Jakarta. Undertheses, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration, Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The research healed at PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri Jakarta on June until July 2012. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable fact to know more the differentiate job morale employee’s between which have got with who have not got job promotion. Research method is using survey with causal comparative approach while the collecting data from PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri Jakarta. The population was all employee. While the reach of total sample were 95 employees consisted of by 7 employees getting job promotion and 88 employees which do not get job promotion. In normality test by using lilliefors formula, got biggest value of L )=0,228 L tabel for n=7 with level significant 0,05 is 0,300. And the biggest value of L hitung (X 2 )=0,06845 L tabel for n=88 with level significant 0,05 is 0,094448, L . Inferential thereby the data have normal distribution. In homogeneity test with formula F by F hitung =4,624 and F (0,005;6/87) =2,20, so that 4,624 > 2,20 (F hitung > F tabel tabel ). Inferential thereby that varians X 1 and X do not homogeneity. In the hypothesis test, the result is 15,90 and being on the outside the receiving area of Ho between -1,98729 and 1,98729. So, the hypothesis of Ho is rejected. that means, there is a differentiation of job morale between the employees who got job promotion and the employees who have not got job promotion.
