Abstract

ABSTRACT RELITA PUSPITA DEWI. 8105128081. The relationship between incentive and loyalty in PT. Rekatama Putra Indonesia Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration Education Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between incentive and loyalty in PT. Rekatama Putra Indonesia Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months starting in April 2016 to June 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Rekatama Putra Indonesia totaling 160 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random technique, so affordable in this study population was 124 employees and the sample was 89 employees. Data loyalty can work by giving questionnaires to respondents and the data can receive incentives in the secondary data from the company. The data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consists of normality test, significance of regression, regression linearity test, correlation coefficient, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen there is a positive relationship between incentive and loyalty of work. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount amounted to 6.29> 1.67 ttabel. Regression equation in the can is Y = 58.95 + 0.151 X. Based on the obtained coefficient determination R2 value of 0.312, which means the incentive (X) associated with the working loyalty (Y) of 31.28%. Keywords: Work Incentives and Loyalty
