Abstract
ABSTRACT SUCI FEBRIYANTI. 8105128094. The Influence Of Job Satisfsction And Work Loyalty Of Employee In PT. Kopemar Jakarta . Thesis, Jakarta:Study Program Of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between job satisfaction and work loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Kopegmar Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months in March 2016 to downy mildew in May 2016. The research method used is survey method with approach of causality. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kopegmar totaling 100 employees. The sampling technique used was proportional random technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data OCB (Y) job satisfaction (X1) and loyalty work (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques diguakan is a test consisting of requirements analysis and test liniaritas normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between job satisfaction and OCB. can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 4, 734> ttabel 1,668. Loyalty work partial effect on OCB, can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 3,619> ttable of 1,668. Job satisfaction and loyalty kerjaserentak effect on OCB, it is seen from the results of data analysis meunjukan value Fhitung 21.884> Ftable value at 3.11. The regression equation is obtained 28,482+ Ý = 0.298 X1 + 0.342 X2. Based on the test koesien determination obtained R2 values of 0.369, which means job satisfaction (X1) and work loyalty (X2) effect on OCB (Y) amounted to 63.1%.
