Abstract

ABSTRACT LISA FITRIYA. Relationship Between Empowerment With Productivity Of Employee of PT. Puninar Logistics. Script, Jakarta: Office Administration Concentrations of Education, Economics Education Studies program, Department of Economics and Administrations, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Stress with Absenteeism on employees of PT. Puninar Logistics Perkasa. This research was conducted over two months, starting from Mei to June 2013. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The population of the study were employees of PT. Puninar Logistics. The sampling technique used is random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. Collecting X variable data (Empowerment) and Y variable data (Productivity), using likert scale, before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuingscore with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Empowerment) is 0,930 and Y variable (Productivity) is didn’t have to find because the data is got from the corporation. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 59,01+0,233X normality test by using lilliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,059 in signifinance level 0,05 and L table = 0,114, so L count < L table . Mean that the mistake of prediction regressions Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and and the result is, F count (23,44) < F table (4,02). Showing that, it has significance regressions. While regressions linearity test, F count (1,61) < Ftable (1,96), showing that regression is linear The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test. is r xy = 0,537 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. counting result is, tcount = (4,84) > ttable = (1,68) and sothitung > ttabel . It means that there are significance and positive correlations between Employee Empowerment And Employee Productivity. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 28,78, it means that Employee Productivity variable determined by 28,78 Employee Empowerment variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between Empowerment with Productivity of Employee at PT. Puninar Logistics.
