Abstract
ABSTRACT MAULIDA ULFA. Relationship Between Empowerment of With Confidence Yourself At the Employee PT. Mora Quarto Multimedia. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Studies Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in July 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable date or fact, to know the correlations between empowerment with self efficacy on the employees PT. Mora Quarto Multimedia. This research have been done during 1 month on month of April 2013. The methods of research is survey method with correlation approach. Retrieval technique of sample in this research is proporsional random sampling. Population affordable in this research is employees of marketing which amounts to 72 employees. Of population such affordable be used as sample of as many as 58 person. Retrieval these samples was based on the tables determination of number of samples of particular population with error level 5%. Test requirements of analysis namely normality test An error on the estimated regression Y upper X with test Liliefors at level of a = 0,05 generate Lo = 0.077 and Lt = 0,116; means Lo < Lt or 0.077 <0,116. This shows that the model of regression normal distribution. Equation regression Y = 18.98 + 0,211 X; through formula analysis of variance calculation of on the significance of model of regression is Fcount > Ftabel = (16.78) > (4.02) then the Ho is rejected regression means the significant and calculation of linearity regression of generate Fcount < Ftabel = (1.13) < (1,93) then the Ho is accepted regression is declared linear. Examination of hypothesis done by using correlation formula product moment, obtained r count = 0.480. It shows that the rcount > rtabel , is means between empowerment with self-efficacy there is thighty relationship. To know existence of relation between empowerment (variable X) with conviction self (variable Y) or correlation meaning is applied by t – test, results obtained t count > ttabel or (4,10) > (1,68) or hence reject Ho so that there by correlation coefficient significant. With test the coefficient of of determination or determinant obtained 23.06% self efficacy variables (Y) is determined by empowerment (X) on PT Mora Quarto Multimedia.
