Abstract

ABSTRACT MOEHAMAD RISQI RINALDI. The Influence Of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment On The Performance Of The Employees At PT Erakomp Infonusa Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, July 2013. The study aims to determine whether there is influence organizational culture and organizational on the performance of the employees at PT Erakomp Infonusa Jakarta. The research has been done for two months since Mei until June 2013. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all employees from PT Erakomp Infonusa Jakarta as much as 85 the employees. The sample used as many as 70 employees by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (performance) is a secondary data obtained from the performance result in employees at PT Erakomp Infonusa during the first semester in January to June 2013. Data variable X 1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) obtained from result of instrument and was measured using a likert scale. Afther that, tested the validity and reliability testing with Alpha Cronbach. The results of the reliability of the instrument variable X1 of 0,958 and variable X2 0,904. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS begins with finding the test requirements analysis test for normality using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and obtained X1 , X2, and Y and residual is 0,200 which are all more than the 0,05 then the data are normally distributed. Linearity tets results X1 with Y of 0,000 which is less than the 0,05, it can be concluded the data X1 with Y has a linear influence. Then the result of linearity test X2 with Y of 0,000 which is less than the 0,05 it can be concluded that the data X2 with Y also has a linear influence. Then look for the classic assumptions test the multicollinearity and heteroskedastisitas. The results obtained are the Tolerance values of 0,936 which means more than 0,1 and the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) 1,068 which means less than 10. Thus, it can be concluded that in the regression model didn’t occur multicollinearity. Then look for the heteroskedastisitas test with a Glejser test. Significance value X1 for 0,930> 0,05 and the significance of X2 for 0,126> 0,05. Since the significance value of more than 0.05 then the regression model didn’t occur heteroskedastisitas. Regression equation obtained is Y = -31,767 + 0,343 X1 + 0,414 X2. Test the hypothesis that the F test in ANOVA table produces F count (18,162) > F table (3,13) this means that X1 and X 2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t count of X 1 is 3,483 and t count of X2 is 3,881 and ttable is 1,669. Because tcount more than t table it can be cocluded that there is a positive influence X1 with Y and X2 with Y. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 35,2%, which the conclusion of the research means that performance determined by organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously with 35,2%.
