Abstract
ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF CONCEPTS WITH PERFORMANCE ON EMPLOYEE AT PT. WINDU JAYA UTAMA . SITI MARYANI. The Relationship Between Self Concepts With Performance On Employee At. PT. Windu Jaya Utama. Research Paper, Jakarta : Study of Office Administration Education Program, Economic and Administration Departement, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2013. This research conducted to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the relationship between self concept with performance on employee at PT. Windu Jaya Utama.. This research has been done for 3 months since November until January 2013. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations research was all of employees with total 75 employees, with 60 employees for propotional random sampling. For collecting between 2 variabel of this research, instrument used for variable X (Self Concept) and Y (Performance) ) are using kuosioner with likert scale. Before used, that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (self concept) is 0.928. The analysis test by finding regression equations, that is Y = 49,07+0,265X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount =0.092. in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0.114 so Lcount < L table . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression X to Y has normal distribution. For regresion significancetest and the result is, F count (16,57) > Ftable (4.02). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test F count (0.75) < Ftable (1.92) showing that, is rxy = 0.471 continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result tcount = 4.07 while ttable = 1,68 and so, tcount > ttable. It means that there are significance and positive self concept with performance. The results of these studies concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-concept on employee performance. With determination test or the results obtained 22.22% critical performance variable (Y) is determined by the concept of self (X).
