Abstract
ABSTRACT NABILLA NURANI PUTRI. 8105132125. The Effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment To Job Satisfaction At PT Batang Hari (Persero) Employees. Essay. Jakarta: Education Program Administration Office, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction at employees of PT. Batang Hari (Persero) Operational. This research was conducted for three months starting from April to July 2017. The research method used survey method with quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is 105 employees by using proportional random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Job Satisfaction), X1 Organizational Culture and X2 Organizational Commitment is the primary data with the instrument used is a questionnaire using the likert scale model. Before use, tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Data analysis technique using SPSS Version 21.0 program starts by looking for test of analysis requirement that consist of Normality Test and Linearity Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test that consist of Test F and Test T. Based on result of data analysis can know that There is a partial influence between Organization Culture and Job Satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showing the value of Thitung (3.043)> T table (1.983). Organizational Commitment partially effect on Job Satisfaction, it is seen from result of data analysis showing nillai Thitung (2,393)> ttabel (1.983). Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the job satisfaction, it is seen from the results of data analysis showing the value of Fhitung (8,814)> Ftabel (3.15). Regression equation obtained is Y '= 40,658 + 0,249X1 + 0,277X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained R2 value of 0.147 which means that the variable of job satisfaction is influenced by Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment of 14.7%, and the remaining 84.3% influenced by other variables that are not examined. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction at PT Batang Hari employees. The lower Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment the lower the job satisfaction experienced by the employees. Therefore, every employee must maintain and follow Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction employees can increase.
