Abstract
ABSTRACT DIANI SUMBOGO. 8105133200. The influence of Organizational Culuture and Interpersonal Communication To Employee Performance at PT Galang Kreasi Usahatama. Script, Jakarta: Study Program Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between Organizational Culuture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance in PT Galang Kreasi Usahatama. This research was carried out starting from the month of April to July 2017. The method used is a survey method with the approach of quantitatif. The population in this study were all employee of PT Galang Kreasi Usahatama, amounting to 122 people and researcher using technique simple random sampling by using the population be sample. The instruments used to obtain data on the variables X1 (Organizational Culuture), X2 (Interpersonal Communication), and Y (Employee Performance) was measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data is then tested for validity and reliability, and analysis through multiple regression techniques and classical assumption. The hypothesis was tested with significant the margin of error of 0.05 using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed no significant relationship between motivation and physical work environment on employee morale on teachers with the regression equation Y = 78,023 + 0,411 X1 + 0,358 X2. From the analysis of data, obtained Fhitung is 16,702 > F table is 3,10. This means that the hypothesis that there is relationship between Organizational Culuture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for R 2 is 52,9% while the remaining 47,1% is influenced by other factors not examined. based on the above results, it is advisable for dirctor of PT Galang Kreasi Usahatama to be able to improve the Organizational Culuture and Interpersonal Communication that created employee performance.
