Abstract

ABSTRACT Surya Putri Purwaningtyas. The Effect of Work Motivation and Organnizational Culture to Job Satisfactionon Employee Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in East Jakarta. Program Study Education of Economic Education, Departement of Economy and Administration Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2017. Thepurposeofthis researchwastodeterminetheeffect work motivation and organizational culture to job satisfactionon employee Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research was conducted during April, starting from April 2017 until June 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employee TMII East Jakarta with the inaccessible population ofemployees (Administration, Finances, Human Resources, and Cultural Program).Technique of sampling using technique of proportional random sampling, so got the amount of sample of research as much as 131 responder.Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the work motivation and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of t hitung 5,833> ttabel 1,986. Then there is a partial influence between independentwork motivation and job satisfaction. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of t hitung 5,833> t tabel 1,986. work motivation and organiational culture independent simultaneously affect the job satification, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of F hitung 39,925 > F tabel 3,10. The regression equation obtained is = 50,316+0,323X1 +0,248X2 . Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,465which means work motivation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) affect the job satification (Y) of 46,5%.
