Abstract

Aql Edna Salam, 2017 ; The Effect of Work Stress and Work Environment to Turnover Intention at PT Satria Fajar Hutama : Concentration in Human Resources Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the work stress, work environment, and turnover intention of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 2) Test emprically effect of work stress towards turnover intention of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 3) Test emprically effect of work environment towards turnover intention of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 4) Test emprically effect of work stress and work environment towards turnover intention of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 5) To know how much contribution of work stress and work environment on turnover intention of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. The analysis implemented in this study is decriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 77 staff level employee of PT Satria Fajar Hutama. This research using simple random sampling. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then processed using SPSS 22. The results show that 1) Work stres have significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 2) Work environment have significant and negative effect on turnover intention at PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 3) ) Work stres and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on turnover intention at PT Satria Fajar Hutama. 49% turnover intention at PT Satria Fajar Hutama are effectd by work stress and work environment while the rest 51% effectd by other factors.
