Abstract

Avionissa Insto Putri, 2017: The Influence Of Compensation And Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Performance Of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of S1 Management, Concentration In Human Resource Management, Faculty Of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To describe employee job performance, compensation, and organizational commitment at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 2) To determine the influence of compensation on employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 3) To determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 4) To determine whether compensation and organizational commitment are able to predict employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. This research method using descriptive and explanatory method. Proportionate stratified random sampling is used as sampling technique. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 22. Questionnaire was used as a method of data collection. The number of sample in this research is 92 respondents which are the employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi who work as staffs. The result of this research shows: 1) The description of employee job performance, compensation, and organizational commitment at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 2) Compensation has positive and significant effect on employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 3) Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, 4) Compensation and organizational commitment are able to predict employee job performance of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi.
