Abstract

ABSTRACT Christmasni Ulibasa.The Influence of Transformational leadership and organizational commitment to the employee performance in Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) East Jakarta. Concentration of Cooperative Economi Education. Departement of Economi and Administration. Faculty of Economi State Univercity of Jakarta. 2015 This research aim to describe how much influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitmentto the employee performance. This research have been executed during 5 month, started from July 2015 until December 2015. This research used descriptive method with multiple linier regression. Population in this research is member in cooperation employees of Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) East Jakarta. Data of Variable Y is employee performance, data of variable X1 transformational leadership and data of variable X2 organizational commitment Test requirements analysis used multiple linear regression with the result Y= 13,820+0,367XI+0,318X2. Test of normality use the normal graph of pp-plot with the result data is normal. Heteroscedasticity test using a scatter plot graph and Glesjer Test method with t-test results that are not significant or significant value of more than 0.05 (p> 0:05). Multikoliniearitas test results can be seen from the VIF value of 1,053 so it can be concluded non-multicollinearity. The results of this study concluded that there is a positive influence between transformational leadership and organizational commitmentto the employee performance. Result of calculation the coefficient of determination or the determinant obtained results 0.607. This means that the transformational leadership and organizational commitmentcontributed 61% to theemployee performance.
