Abstract

ABSTRACT HERMINDA NURUL FAUZIA. Differentiate Job Satisfaction Employee’s Which Have Got With Who Have Not Got Job Enlargement at PT. Dian Rakyat , East Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The research healed at PT. Dian Rakyat, East Jakarta on July until October 2011. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable fact to know more the differentiate job satisfaction employee’s which have got with who have not got job enlargement. The research method used is survey method with causal comparative approach. The populations research was all of employees with total 542 employees, while the reach of populations were employees in human resource division with total 190 employees, with 123 employees for sampling with proportional random sampling consisted by 23 employees getting job enlargement and 100 employees which not get job enlargement. In normality test by using liliofers formula for group X 1 got biggest value L hitung = 0,120, L for n = 23 with significant 0,05 is 0,185. And in normality test by using liliofers formula for group X 2 got biggest value L hitung = 0,079, L for n = 100 with significant 0,05 is 0,089. Because L hitung < L tabel, tabel so inferential thereby the data have normal distributin. In homogeneity test with formula F obtained by F = 1,76 dan F tabel(0,05;86/35) = 1,87 so that 1,76 < 1,87 (F hitung < F tabel tabel hitung ). Inferential thereby that variasi group I and group II is homogeneous. The next step is hypothesis test. Hypothesis test is done with test distinctive overage or Uji-t. Of count result gotten by work satisfaction average value fire an employee that get job enlargement is 107,44 and work satisfaction average value fire an employee that don’t get job enlargement is 90,15. this the difference analysed by Uji-t, and gotten by ratio price t as 5.088. ratio price t as big as 1,98 on significant level 5% by dk (dk=121). Of count Uji-t therefore gets to be concluded that price t > t tabel tabel So significant’s difference and zero hypothesis is refused. The conclution shown that research has the differentiate job satisfaction enmployee’s which have got with who have not got job enlargement.
