Abstract
ABSTRACT YETI LASTUTI. The Impact of Leadership and Compensation to Teachers Performance Senior High School in Bogor City.. Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2016 This study aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on data and facts from the influence of leadership and compensation to the performance of State High School teacher in the city of Bogor. The method used is survey method with approach quantitative correlation. The population in this study were teachers high schools in the city of Bogor with the sampling technique used was simple random sampling or randomly by percentage sampling of 25% of the total 10 schools so that research conducted on three (3) high schools in the city of Bogor and will be selected at random with a total sample of teachers is 109 persons. The regression equation in this study is Y = 16.020 + 0,532X1 + 0,381X2. The results of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality test states that the normal distribution of data. Testing the hypothesis with regression analysis resulted in Fcount(142.454)> F table (3.08), then the variable compensation of leadership and jointly have an impact on teacher performance. The results of the calculations also show that the variable t count leadership of 10.516 and t count variable compensation of 7.144 with the provisions t table 1,659. Based on the results of the t test calculation can be seen that t count > t table, so Ho rejected and it can be concluded that leadership and positive and significant related compensation partially on teacher performance. Correlation coefficient of 0.754 produces count. The results of this study indicate that there are positive influence of leadership and compensation on teacher performance. Based on the partial test results can be seen that the correlation coefficient of leadership on teacher performance obtained 0.715 indicates a strong relationship between the two, while the correlation coefficient of compensation on teacher performance obtained 0.570 indicates that their relationship is strong enough.
