Abstract

HARNIS OKTAVIANI. The Influence of Learning Style and Learning Motivation toward Output Learning of Students to Study Accounting SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Economics Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine The Influence of Learning Style and Learning Motivation toward Output Learning of Students to Study Accounting SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta. This study was conducted over four months, starting from January to March 2015. The method used is a ex post facto method. The population of the study were all student of SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta. The sampling technique is simple random technique (simple random sampling) with a sample of 58 student. Instrument used to obtain the data variables X1 (Learning Style), X2 (Learning Motivation) and Y (Output Learning) in this study was measured using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed in this study begins by finding multiple regression equation and regression equation Ŷ=27,496+0,153X 1 +0,276X , while the test requirements analysis is the normality test to see the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic is equal to 0.984, greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), this means that the sample comes from a population of normal distribution. Test linearity to see ANOVA table obtained from Y by X1 (X2 considered constant), and Y with X2 (X1 considered constant) obtained Deviation from Linearity of 0.562 and 0.705. Greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), which stated that there and significant linear relationship. Test simultaneous correlation produces the R value of 0.738, it can be concluded that teachers' perceptions of supervision and motivation to work with the performance has a strong positive relationship. Test the hypothesis through F test resulted Fhitung> Ftable of 32.864> 3.16 it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Style and Learning Motivation toward Output Learning of Students to Study Accounting SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta. Coefficient determination test produces R Square of 0.544 or 54.4%, then the decision could be made that there is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Style and Learning Motivation toward Output Learning of Students.
