Abstract

ABSTRACT NOVIANTI. Relationship Between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Tbk (KFC) Employees Sector 1-2 in Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. The purpose of this research is to know more about relation between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Tbk (KFC) employees sector 1-2 in Jakarta. This research has been done during one month starting from beginning June until July 2012. The research method use survey method with correlation approach. The research of population are employers PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk (KFC) sector 1-2 about 504 persons, and population reached from this research is limited to employee in the branch KFC La-Terrace which have 81 employee. Respondent taken 65 sample according to level of error 5%, which use simple random sampling. To capture data from the two variables used Likert scale questionnaire models for job satisfaction (variable X) and organizational citizenship behavior (variable Y). The analyze data first was found regression equation, that is Y = 46,61+0,625X. And then, normality data test using Liliefors formula and the result is L =0,066 where as L table for n=65 in significant level 0,05 is 0,109, so L count <L . It means that the mistake prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. Regression linierity test, F count (0,96) < F (1,82), showed that regression is linier. The result of regression significant test is, F Table count (21,40)> F (4,00), it means the regression is significant. After that, the productt moment result of colleration coefificient test is r xy= table 0,504. Then, used correlation coefficient significant t-test, the result of t count (4,63) >t (1,67). It means that the research is significant and positive relation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on determination coefficient test obtained the result 25,35% variation of job satisfaction can explained OCB and 74,65% explained with another variable.
