DEISHA ADLIN NANINDA. 2012. 8143128163. ANALYSIS HUMAN RELATION AT FUSO NETWORK DEPARTMENT PT KRAMA YUDHA TIGA BERLIAN MOTORS. STUDY PROGRAM OF DIPLOMA SECRETARY DEPARTEMENT OF ECONOMICS AND ADMINISTRATION FACULTY OF ECONOMICS STATE UNIVERSITY OF JAKARTA. This paper aims to find out about human relation at Fuso Network Department PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting, collating, and analyzing the data through literature review and observation. The result of this paper shows that human relation have a great influence in theorganization, because as a bridge between employees with manager, so that it willachieve the vision and mission of the company.
