Abstract
Zylvia Monica Williyanti. 2015. 8143128194. Employee discipline analysis of work at the Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia. Study programe of diploma secretary. Major of economics and administration. This scientific paper based on research in Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia. It used to know perform and employees discipline. The method use by descriptive analysis with collect data by literature study and observation. From this scientific paper we know that discipline of employees still lower. Conclusion from this scientific that we know to increase discipline of employees need good supports, with improving of law discipline and controlling the habit of discipline.
