Abstract
ABSTRACT TRI AYU HAYATI ABROORO. The Influence Between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment with Job Performance at PT. Kontrindo Karyatama Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, May 2012. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with Job Performance at PT. Kontrindo Karyatama Jakarta. This study counted from January to April 2012. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all employees of PT Jakarta Kontrindo Karyatama as many as 87 employees, and affordable population of this study amounted to 68 employees by using the random proportional. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0 begins by searching for the analysis of the test requirements of test method uses Kolmogrov Smirnov normality and obtained the value of X1, X2, and Y is 0,200 which are all more than the 0.05 then the data are normally distributed. The linearity test can be seen from the results output Test of Linearity at 0.05 significance level. Linearity test results X1 (Job Satisfaction) and Y (Job Performance) for 0,000 less than the 0.05 we can conclude the data X1 (Job Satisfaction) and Y (Achievement Work) has a linear relationship. Then the results of linearity test X2 (Organizational Commitment) to Y (Job Performance) of 0,000 less than the 0.05we can conclude the data X2 (Organizational Commitment) to Y (Job Performance) also has a linear relationship. Then look for the classic assumptions test the multicollinearity test. A good regression model requires no mutikolinearitas problem. The results obtained are Tolerance for 0,921 which means that more than 0.1 and the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) 1,086 which means less than 10. Thus, it can be concluded that the regression model did not occur multikoonearitas. Then look for heteroscedasticity test to test Glejser. A good regression model requires no heterokedastisitas problem. Significance value of X1 (Job Satisfaction) of 0,807>0.05 and the significance of X2 (Organizational Commitment) of 0,256 > 0.05. Because of the significance of more than 0.05 then the regression model did not occur heterokedastisitas. Regression equation obtained is Y = 55,617 + 0,285 X 1 + 0,209 X . Test the hypothesis that the F test in ANOVA tables generating F hitung 2 (22,983)> F (3,14), this means that X1(Job Satisfaction) and X2 (Organizational Commitment) simultaneous effect on Y ( Job Performance). T test result tcount of X1 (Job Satisfaction) of 4,144 and Tabel tcount of X2 (Organizational Commitment) of 3,983 and TTable for 1,67. Because tcount> TTable it can be concluded that there are positive effects of job satisfaction with job performance and organizational commitment to job performance. Then the coefficient of determination obtained test results 41,4% variable job performance (Y) is determined by X1 (Job Satisfaction) and X2 (Organizational Commitment.
