Abstract
ABSTRACT WIWID HANDAYANI. The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) At PT Metro Pos. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentrations of Education Administration Office, Educational Studies Program in Economic, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2012. This study aims to determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted over two months from June to July 201. The research method used is survey method through causality approach. The study population is an employee of PT Metro Pos. The sampling technique is simple random proportional technique (Proportional random sampling) as many as 58 samples. The instrument used to obtain data on the X1 variable (Job Satisfaction), X2 (Organizational Commitment) and Y variable (OCB) was measured using a Likert scale. Data account which used is SPSS 19.0. From the results of F test, found that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously influence to OCB seen from F count (43,900) > F (3,165). Then partially, Job Satisfaction has t count (5,331) > t table table (1,673). That means that Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect to OCB. Organizational Commitment has t count (2,484) > t (1,673). That means that Organizational Commitment has significant positive effect to OCB. Beside that, the result of R 2 equal to 0,615 which means that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment can explained OCB equal 61,5% and 38,5% explained with another variable.
