Abstract
Winda Dwian Rindita. 2014. 8143118082. Analysis Leadership Style. At PT Panah Jaya Sejahtera. Program Studi DIII Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas bEkonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about leadership style at PT Panah Jaya Sejahtera. Research method that use is descriptive analysis; with using data though libray and observation. From Writing result can concluded that leadership needs a wise and democratic leader and not an authoritarian leader. A good leader is the person who give motivation for the employees to work hard to geet organization’s goal.
