Abstract

BAGUS ADI PRADANA. Correlation about Personality Of Economic Teacher With Learning Motivation Of Students In Economic ; Student Perception StudySubject At SMK Tunas Markatin East Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education Concentrate Of Accounting Education, Major in Economic and Administration. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, November 2012. The purpose of this research is to know more about Correlation Between Students Perceptions about Personality Of Economic Teacher With Learning Motivation Of Students In Economic Subject At SMK Tunas Markatin East Jakarta. This research has been done during four months from April 2012 until November 2012. The research method using survey method with correlation approach. The population of this research are all of students SMK Tunas Markatin Jakarta while the reach populations are students in second grade majoring Accounting and Office Administration with total 71 students, according to level of error 5% on Issac and Michel table was taken 59 students as research sample which use proportional random sampling technique. Subsequently calculated reliability of the statement items that have been deemed valid by using the Alpha Cronbach formula that previously calculated first variant of the grains and the total variance. From the calculation results obtained ∑ si 2 = 1,23, st 2 = 278,54 and r = 0.966 for students perception about personality of economic teacher, and ∑ si 11 2 = 0,50, st 2 = 368,60 with r = 0.958 for lerning motivation variable. Thus it can be said that the instruments that are 28 and 36 items that this statement will be used as the final instrument to measure students perception about personality of economic teacher and learning motivation instrument. The next step the final instrument of research distributed to the sample, that is student of class XI Accounting and Office Administration Department of SMK Tunas Markatin East Jakarta. The analyses test was found regression equation, that is then, normality data test using Liliefors formula and the result is L 11 ˆ Y = 72,76 + 0.471 X. And = 0,063 in signifikan level 0,05 and L table 0,115, so L count < L It means that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. The result of regression significance test is, F table, count count (25,95) > F (3.99). Shows that the regression is significance. Regression linearity test is F (1,04) < F (1,94), showed that regression is linier. After that, the Product Moment result of correlation coefficient test, is r table = 0,559. I used correlation coefficient test with t-tes. The result of t acount xy = 5,09 on dk = n–2 = 57 and the significance level 0,05 is 1,67. It means that the research is significance and positive relations between students perception about personality of economic teacher and learning motvation. Next, the result of determination coefficient test is r xy 2 = (0,559) means that 31,29% variable determination by X variable. The conclusion, there is positive relation between students perception about personality of economic teacher and learning motvation.
