Abstract

ABSTRACT HANA RATNA KARTIKA. Correlation Between Work Culture And Work Productivity Employees At Genteng Industry Of Jatiwawi In Majalengka Regency. The Scientific Paper. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education. Concentration of Cooperative Economi Education. Departement of Economi and Administration. Faculty of Economic State Univercity of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact to know the correlation between work culture with work productivity employees At Genteng Industry Of Jatiwawi In Majalengka Regency. This research has been done from September 2012 until April 2013. The methode of research is survey with correlation approach. Population in this research is all the company in the Sukaraja Wetan and Sukaraja Kulon with total 32 company, and choosed sample company 20% from total populasi is 7 company. From 7 company choosed again for sample employee 20% from each company, so total sample is 106 respondens. Results of data analysis techniques as follows: by finding regression equation, that is Y = 18,51 + 0,403X. Requirements analysis of test results obtained by the estimated error regression Y againts X has normal distribution (Lh = 0,078 < Lt = 0,086). Test significance and linearity regressions table analisys varians (ANAVA) gtting Fh = 53,06 > Ft = 3,98, this is showingthe regression is significan. And test linearity regression getting Fh = 0,89 < Ft =1,59, this is show that the regression is linear.The hypothesis test has been done with correlations coefficient significance test product moment is rxy = 0,581 and tcount 7,28, whereas t table 1,67. Because th > tt , so Ho is rejected, Hi is accepted, that means there are positif correlation between work culture with work productivity. Counting determination coefficient that 33,78% variation of work productivity (Y variable) depended by work culture (X variable). The implication increased work culture, will increase the work productivity employees. Keywords: Work Culture, Work Productivity
