Abstract
ELISA IRAWATI. The Difference Of Learning Motivation Which Used Active Learning Method and Lecturing Method On Accounting Subject. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration In Accounting Education, Department Of Economics And Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. June2013. This research is aimed to know abaout the difference of learning motivation which used active learning method and lecturing method on accounting subject in state of vocational school. This research was conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta in two weeks, starting on May 2013. The method of the research is experimental with twogroup comparison. The population of the research is all students of SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. There are 84 students which become the sample population of the research. The sample students are from X Accounting 1 and X Accounting 2. The experimental class consist of 32 students which are from X Accounting 2 and 33 controlled students are from X Accounting 1. The total amount of students is 65 students according to the 5% inaccuracy level from the target population. The sample used in the research is determined by simple random sampling. Data obtained using an instrument is a form of questionnaire with likert scale for the variable X (Learning Motivation). There are the variable X of 57 statements that have been calibrated validity, a valid statement as many as 42 items are valid and 15 items are drop. Then reliability process using Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.93. This proves that the instrument is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used is the test of the difference between two average (t-test). Test data requirements done liliefors normality test data, test data homogeneity of test F. The results of the normality of the data for the variable X , generating Lvalue (Lo) of 0.1149 compared to Ltable (Lt) at the 0.05 significance level by the number of 32 samples is 0.1566, then the Lo < Lt. It means that the data were normally distributed variable X 1 . While normality test data for variable X 1 , produces Lvalue (Lo) of 0.0639 compared to Ltable (Lt) at the 0.05 level by the number of 33 samples is 0.1542, then the Lo < Lt. It means that the data were normally distributed variable X 2 2 . The results of homogeneity test data is Ftables 1.82 and Fvalue is 1,29. So Fvalue < F table. It means that both the data have a homogeneous variance. Then test the difference between two average count obtained T-value 4.45 and T-Table is 1.67 then T-value > T-Table. The results of these calculations can provide the conclusions of this study that there is a difference in learning motivation between students who uses the active learning method and using lecturing method.
